TPI bets on the technology scouting as a fundamental pillar of research and development in public and private institutions as well as SMEs, by participating in a specialised training provided by the German company STEINBEIS in Stuttgart in September 2014.

Seminar on knowledge management within the company – CEPEX -September 2013
TPI had organised with its partner PANEKS the participation of several clients in international exhibitions. (See pictures below)
TPI was a member of the Organising Committee for the Africa Export Trade Exhibition during 2004 & 2006 sessions. TPI was also a member of the organising committee of the TEXMED 2006 (Euro-Mediterranean Clothing Exhibition).

Organization of participation in international exhibitions
TPI had organised with its partner PANEKS the participation of several clients in international exhibitions.

Counselling for Export Development
PRIMO EXPORT Project (2012-2014)
TPI participated in the setting up of the PRIMO EXPORT project with the Export Promotion Center (CEPEX). This project aimed at supporting 6 exporting SMEs with potential for international development during the period 2012-2014 through the development of the export diagnosis and the export business plan.
GTZ Project “Export promotion in the regions”
During the period 2006-2007, TPI supervised 12 companies in the Central, South-East and North-West regions under the GTZ program to promote potential export in the regions. TPI also organised the first exhibition of Tunisian Construction materials in Constantine (Algeria) at the end of this project.
Besides, TPI assisted CEPEX for the organisation of a prospection mission to Chad (6th-12th of June 2011)

Innovation management
TPI was among the pioneer firms in Tunisia to be involved in innovation. Aware of the limitations of existing solutions for managing company’s performance, we focused on mastering innovation management through various programs in collaboration with the German Cooperation Agency for Development GIZ.
PASRI Project –Component during the period (2012-2014)
TPI in collaboration with GIZ, took an active part in the PASRI project “Support Project to the Research and Innovation System” in its component “Establishment of Management System for Innovation in Industrial Enterprises” by ensuring a customised assistance in concrete implementation of a sustainable system for the launch and management of innovative projects in 8 SMEs operating in several sectors. In addition to the Innov’60 missions, this project included a mission to evaluate the successful implementation of the innovation management system in other 15 SMEs.
INNOV’60 during the period (2009-2011)
Under the GTZ Program (former acronym of GIZ), “Support for Entrepreneurship and Innovation” in partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Technology, TPI took part into the pilot project of Innovation management implementation within a group of SMEs in Tunisia, called INNOV’60, as a consulting and assistance company in innovation management. TPI carried out the following missions within 8 SMEs in different regions of Tunisia:
- Elaboration of a diagnosis: making an assessment of the company in terms of innovation management
- Support for the creation of an environment favorable to innovation
- Training of the company’s staff and customised support for the project’s stakeholders
- Methodological transfer of knowledge and tools for innovation management
